Do you charge for shipping?

No. Every order placed with PlushLiving includes free shipping across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?

Yes, absolutely. You have 30 days (Monday to Friday) from the day your order is delivered to return it.

Is there any restocking fee?

None. We never charge restocking fees on returns.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but it needs to happen quickly. To cancel, email us at contact@plushliving.co before your order is dispatched. Once the shipping confirmation has been sent, cancellation is no longer possible.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

If your order hasn’t arrived and it’s been at least two days (Monday to Friday) past the expected delivery date, please email us at contact@plushliving.co. We’ll investigate with the courier and follow up within five business days.
