Do you charge for shipping?

No. Every order placed with PlushLiving includes free shipping across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?

Yes, absolutely. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it.

Is there any restocking fee?

None. We never charge restocking fees on returns.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but it needs to happen quickly. To cancel, email us at contact@plushliving.co before your order is dispatched (which takes 0-21business days). Cancellations are no longer possible when the order is already on its way, but you can than follow the standard return procedure outlined here.

Order is delayed?

Check your tracking information. If you need help, please email us at contact@plushliving.co. We’ll investigate with the courier and follow up within five business days.
